​On September 29, 2024, we were thrilled to donate the sum of $50,000 to our Health Centre.  These funds will help our Health Centre provide services not covered by grants.  

At the store on July 3, 5 and 6 from 10:00 - 3:00 pm.   Excellent stock, great prices.  

There are so many to thank:

​We made just over $3,300 from this event, plus had a great day of fun and surprises.  

On March 26, 2024 our Auxiliary made a substantial donation of $30,000 to our Health Centre, bringing our total contributions to $79,000 for this fiscal year ending March 31, 2024.  

We are also thrilled to share that we achieved our financial goal with a gross income exceeding $100,000.  We could not have done that without our incredible volunteers.

Our 1st Fashion Exchange Wine & Cheese was a huge success.  Forty four women enjoyed a lively social afternoon with tasty refreshments.  They had great fun choosing from a fine selection of quality clothes, shoes, jewellery and accessories. 

We raised $1004.06 for the Bargain Barn and look forward to making it an annual event.

New President Marg Harrington gives two cheques to Susann Richter, COO of our Health Centre.  One is for $40,000 for the Health Centre and the second is for $9,000 as a contribution towards the operating costs of the Harbourside Friendship Program.  This is what the Bargain Barn is all about!

After many months, we are re-opening our children's department with clothes and toys.  We look forward to welcoming our customers back to shop with us and thank you for your patience.
